It was my pleasure to work with Sam Ramirez Jr. on the Haviland Hollow project. Together we created a state of the art polo and equestrian facility, which I am sure will have have a great impact on polo in New York and the surrounding areas.

We have put together a unique facility complete with 50 (12x12) spacious stalls, 4 indoor wash stalls, 4 indoor grooming stalls with central vacuums hook-ups and a web-based security system for monitoring the stables. A heated/AC viewing room with a kitchen enabling the hosting of events, gatherings and parties overlooking the 200x86 indoor arena. Not to mention the drainage on the two full size, well irrigated, excellent polo fields with sand footing.

My expertise is residential and commercial projects, so this equestrian facility was a great, unique experience, and very much a challenge for us at Grand Castles. Visit Haviland Hollow and you will begin to understand how we meticulously put together this facility complete for any equestrian discipline. I definitely look forward to more of such challenges in the equestrian world.
